Fresh Local Produce

We use fresh produce from the region of our dishes.
We toss potatoes from the Lüneburger Heath into the pan
for our fried potatoes, for example,
while our pickled meats come from the Altes Land across the Elbe,
and we source our shrimp dishes in Büsum on the North Sea coast.
